The Receiving Clerk is responsible for inspecting inbound shipments, verifying delivery contents, and accurately recording data in our inventory system. The ideal candidate must be forklift certified, able to lift 100 pounds, and committed to maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect inbound shipments for damage, accuracy, and quality.
• Verify shipping documents (e.g., bills of lading, packing slips) against purchase orders.
• Record received inventory in the warehouse management system.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Sort, label, and organize products in designated storage areas.
• Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain a clean and safe receiving area in compliance with company safety policies.
• Assist with loading and unloading of delivery vehicles as needed.
• Communicate effectively with procurement, inventory control, and logistics teams.
  
  
  

Qualifications:
