Job summary

East Bank Club is seeking an entry-level Receiver to handle all requisitions and proper receiving of deliveries. You will ensure stock rotation, labeling, dating, and organization of coolers, and assist with packing and cardboard disposal.

The pay rate is $20.00 per hour. Responsibilities include filling requisitions promptly, following receiving guidelines, reporting shortages, maintaining a clean work area, checking deliveries for temperature, weight, and count, and supporting the team with

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the USA (E-Verify).
• High volume experience.
• Previous issuing/receiving experience.
• Grocery or restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Fill all requisitions properly and in a timely fashion.
• Follow proper receiving guidelines for all incoming deliveries.
• Inform supervision of any shortages on deliveries and requisitions.
• Keep area neat and orderly, products properly labeled, dated and rotated - Coolers clean and organized.
• Bundle cardboard boxes.
• Take out garbage.
• Keep area clean and organized.
• Check beer kegs and soda.
• All incoming deliveries should be: temperature checked, visually inspected, weighed/counted and each and every box open and inspected.
• Quality check (taste) all melons and fruits.
• All other job duties as assigned by management.
