The role requires an associate degree in Chemistry or related field, 0–3 years lab experience, OSHA 24-hour certification, forklift or ability to obtain certification, and knowledge of DOT and RCRA regulations.
Receiving Chemist I Summary
The Receiving Chemist I is responsible for receiving, sampling, profiling, coding, consolidating, and shipping hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials in accordance with environmental regulations and company procedures. This role ensures the safe handling, accurate documentation, inventory management, and compliant processing of incoming and outgoing waste while supporting efficient facility operations.
