Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Receiving Barn Attendant to keep barns clean, organized, and ready for equine guests. You will perform daily deep cleans, rake and shape stall areas, and ensure curb appeal while supporting maintenance tasks.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, able to lift and twist, with basic hand and power tool skills and strong communication. This on-site role offers hands-on barn work in a premier hospitality and gaming environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to walk, stand, lift, shovel, rake, reach, bend, and twist throughout shift.
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Daily Deep Cleans: tackle shed rows and stalls to keep them sparkling.
• Rake & Shape: maintain tidy shed rows and stalls.
• Curb Appeal Champion: make the receiving barn welcoming and presentable.
• Handy Problem-Solver: perform maintenance tasks like hanging gates, installing screw eyes, changing bulbs, and other barn projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Deep Cleans: Tackle shed rows and stalls with enthusiasm each day, getting everything sparkling clean before our equine guests arrive
• Rake & Shape: Keep those shed rows and stalls looking sharp and well-maintained with expert raking
• Curb Appeal Champion: Transform the receiving barn into a welcoming, presentable space that makes a great impression
• Handy Problem-Solver: Take on maintenance tasks like hanging gates, installing screw eyes, swapping out light bulbs, and tackling other barn projects that keep everything running smoothly
