Qualifications

• Able to regularly lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally 50 lbs.
• Forklift certification required or obtained within 30 days.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organized and detail-oriented.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Familiarity with packaging methods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming materials and verify against records.
• Record receipts in the ERP system showing received, issued, or returned.
• Report defective materials or issues to Quality Control.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in line with company policies.

Pay for this entry-level production position starts at $20.25 per hour and is dependent on relevant experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A RECEIVING ASSISTANT

As a Receiving Assistant, you will help ensure incoming materials are unloaded and accurately accounted for. Your day will include a variety of tasks, such as unloading deliveries, checking shipments against bills of lading, invoices, and other records, and using our ERP system to record materials received, issued, or returned. You will also be responsible for reporting defective materials or questionable conditions to Quality Control using the appropriate processes. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RECEIVING ASSISTANT

• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs regularly and 50 pounds occasionally
• Forklift certified or become certified within 30 days
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, organized and detail-oriented, and ability to prioritize tasks
• Basic computer proficiency
• Read and interpret blue prints
• Familiarity with packaging methods preferred

WORK SCHEDULE AS A RECEIVING ASSISTANT

The typical schedule for this full-time position is Monday - Thursdayfrom 5am to 2:30 pm and Friday from 5 AM - 9 AM with weekends free!
