Huyett is hiring for an Entry level Receiving Agent at its corporate facility in Minneapolis, KS. The role is full-time on the second shift, with hourly pay between $17.50 and $21.50.

You will handle material receipt and processing, and support order fulfillment in a manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math skills, strong organization and teamwork, and an interest in career growth within a family-owned company with a culture focused on

Responsibilities

• Ensure materials are received and processed in an accurate, complete, and timely manner.
• Communicate daily metrics and resource constraints to warehouse leadership team.
• Improve product quality and reduce errors & omissions through continuous improvement principles, maximizing productivity by identifying waste and implementing improvements.
• Ensure to follow safety procedures at all times. Identify and communicate safety-related continuous improvement opportunities to leadership.
• Complete other duties as required to support customer order fulfillment.

Shift/Hours: 1st

1st Shift regular schedule of M-F, 8-hour shift.

Work Environment: This is a manufacturing plant environment - exposure to high temperatures, moving machinery, moving equipment, heights and confined spaces, along with lifting boxes up to 50 pounds.
