The pay rate for this job is $16 - $18 / hour*
Receive incoming materials and supplies and verify shipments for accuracy
Compare incoming shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and other receiving documentation
Enter received materials and shipment information into the company's ERP system and update procurement records
Label and organize incoming materials for proper storage and retrieval
Maintain accurate records of materials received, distributed, and used
Monitor material usage and assist with updating inventory records
Assist with identifying shortages, discrepancies, damaged materials, or incorrect shipments
Communicate receiving issues to the appropriate departments
Help coordinate the distribution of received materials to production and other areas of the facility
Work with Purchasing, Procurement, Warehouse, *Production, and other departments to help keep materials moving efficiently
Maintain organized receiving paperwork and electronic records
Perform data entry and prepare receiving or inventory reports as needed
Maintain a clean and organized receiving area
Follow all company safety, quality, and receiving procedures

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous receiving, inventory, warehouse administration, or manufacturing experience preferred
Strong computer and data-entry skills
Experience using an ERP, inventory, or warehouse management system preferred
Ability to accurately review purchase orders, packing slips, and receiving documents
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with multiple departments in a manufacturing environment
Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Background check and drug test required
