Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Receiver/Stocker in New York to help keep the store clean, safe, and ready for customers by accurately receiving freight, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise. You’ll unload deliveries, handle equipment and hazardous materials safely, and stay on your feet through varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight based on store needs.

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 3 months experience operating forklift/power equipment such as lifts.
• 6 months experience in warehouse inventory handling and stocking.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service by assisting customers and supporting projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets.
• Verify deliveries, prep docks, and operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following hazardous materials and housekeeping procedures.
• Operate store equipment including scanners and handheld devices as needed.
• Collaborate with team to complete assigned tasks.
