Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Receiver/Stocker in New York to unload deliveries, stock shelves, and keep the area clean and safe for customers and teammates. This is a physical, fast-paced role with varied shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight based on store needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement.
• Experience operating forklift or similar equipment preferred.
• Warehouse experience with inventory handling and stocking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers and offering support during projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, down-stocking, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets.
• Verify deliveries, complete dock prep, and use equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following proper procedures for hazardous materials and housekeeping.
• Operate store equipment including scanners and related devices as needed.
