Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring a Receiver/Stocker to help keep the store clean, safe, and ready for customers by accurately receiving freight, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise and top stock. This is a physical, fast-paced role with lifting requirements; shifts may run mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight to meet store needs.

As a team member you will unload deliveries, handle equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts, and assist customers with locating or loading products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers, answering questions, and offering support during projects
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets
• Verify deliveries and complete dock prep; operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following proper procedures for hazardous materials, equipment use, and housekeeping
• Operate store equipment including scanners, Zebra devices, balers, and other tools
• Pitch in as a team player to complete other assigned tasks
• Use the Orders App to pick and stage delivery orders (for Pro Fulfillment Stores)
• Load delivery orders with quality and safety in mind; resolve customer order issues
• Proactively communicate with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction
