Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Receiver/Stocker to help keep the store clean, safe, and ready for customers by accurately receiving freight, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise. This role is physical and fast-paced, with shifts including mornings, evenings, or overnight depending on store needs.

You’ll work with equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts, follow safety guidelines, and maintain a friendly, professional attitude toward customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience.
• 3 months experience operating forklift/power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment.
• 6 months experience in a warehouse performing inventory handling and stocking.

Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous customer service and assist customers.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight and organizing shelves.
• Verify deliveries and prepare dock, using pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and follow hazardous materials procedures.
• Operate scanners, Zebra devices, balers, and related equipment.
• Team player—assist with other assigned tasks.
• Pro Fulfillment: use Orders App to pick and stage Flatbed orders.
• Load orders with quality and safe loading practices.
• Rotate orders by delivery date and resolve issues.
• Communicate with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction.
• Follow Delivery Readiness best practices.
