Job summary

Lowe's in Missouri is seeking a Receiver/Stocker to receive freight, stock shelves, and keep the store prepared for customers. You will unload deliveries, operate equipment, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while providing helpful service on the floor.

This role supports both partial and full-time shifts, with varied hours including mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight as needed. Benefits and associate programs are available.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in receiving and stocking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers, answering questions, and offering support during projects
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, down-stocking, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets
• Support store operations by verifying deliveries, completing dock prep, and using equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following proper procedures for hazardous materials, equipment use, and housekeeping
• Operate store equipment including scanners, Zebra phones, balers, and other tools as needed
• Pitch in as a team player to complete other assigned tasks
• Use the Orders App to pick and stage deliveries and load orders in Pro Fulfillment environments
• Rotate orders by delivery date and resolve customer order issues
• Proactively communicate with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction
• Execute Delivery Readiness best practices
