Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Receiver/Stocker to keep the store stocked, clean, and safe for customers. You will unload deliveries, stock shelves, and organize merchandise, while handling equipment and hazardous materials with safety in mind.

The role is physical, often fast-paced, and requires versatility across mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight shifts based on store needs. You’ll help customers locate items, assist teammates, and contribute to daily store readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
• 3 months forklift/power equipment experience
• 6 months inventory handling and stocking experience in a warehouse

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service by assisting customers, answering questions, and supporting projects
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets
• Verify deliveries, prep docks, and operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following procedures for hazardous materials and housekeeping
• Operate store equipment such as scanners and balers as needed
• Help as a team to complete other assigned tasks
• For Pro Fulfillment Stores: pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders, load orders, rotate by delivery date, resolve issues, communicate with customers, ensure delivery readiness
