The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliability, with shifts that may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight depending on store needs. Prior warehouse experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Experience operating forklift/power equipment preferred.
• Warehouse experience in inventory handling and stocking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers and supporting projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight and organizing shelves.
• Verify deliveries, complete dock prep, and operate pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment following hazardous materials procedures.
• Operate store equipment like scanners and balers as needed.
• Team up with coworkers to complete additional assigned tasks.
