Lowe’s Receiver/Stocker helps keep the store clean, safe, and ready for customers by accurately receiving freight, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise and top stock. You’ll unload deliveries, handle equipment safely, and prep your area for daily success.

This role is physical and fast-paced, with shifts that may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight. You’ll stay on your feet and bring a friendly, professional attitude to customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 3 months experience operating forklift/power equipment.
• 6 months warehouse experience handling inventory and stocking.

Responsabilités

• Provide courteous customer service, answer questions, and support projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets.
• Verify deliveries, complete dock prep, and use pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness by following procedures for hazardous materials and equipment use.
• Operate scanners, Zebra devices, balers, and other store equipment.
• Assist team to complete other tasks.
• Use Orders App to pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders.
• Load orders with quality and safety while delivering.
• Rotate orders by delivery date and resolve customer order issues.
• Proactively communicate with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction.
• Execute Delivery Readiness best practices.
