Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring a Receiver/Stocker to help keep the store clean, safe, and ready for customers by accurately receiving freight, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise. You’ll unload deliveries, handle equipment and hazardous materials safely, and ensure your area is prepped for daily success.

This role is physical and fast-paced, with shifts that may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight depending on store needs. A friendly, professional attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable.
• Forklift/power equipment experience (3 months) preferred.
• Warehouse experience with inventory handling and stocking (6 months) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service by assisting customers, answering questions, and supporting projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets.
• Verify deliveries, complete dock prep, and use equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following hazardous materials procedures and housekeeping.
• Operate store equipment including scanners, Zebra phones, balers, and other tools.
• Assist with other duties as needed.
