Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring a Receiver/Stocker in theWilkes-Barre area. You will unload deliveries, stock shelves, organize merchandise, and keep aisles clean and safe. Expect a fast-paced environment with shifts that may include mornings, evenings, or overnight hours depending on store needs.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and customer service as you assist customers and support store operations. Training is provided for equipment and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; equivalent experience considered.
• 6 months experience in a warehouse performing inventory handling and stocking.
• 3 months forklift/power equipment operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by assisting customers and answering questions.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight and organizing shelves.
• Verify deliveries and prepare dock for shipments.
• Operate store equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment by following safety procedures for hazardous materials and housekeeping.
• Collaborate with the team to complete other assigned tasks.
