Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator for 1st shift (6:00am to 4:30pm) to support the Purina Animal Nutrition business in serving producers and retailers across the United States.

The role focuses on setting up, operating, maintaining and troubleshooting production equipment, while ensuring quality and accuracy in daily records. Requirements include basic computer skills, ability to read and follow instructions, strong safety mindset, and reliable time management.

• Operate all equipment and processes; troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor machine parameters and troubleshoot processing problems.

Receiver OperatorSHIFT: 1st shift 6:00am to 4:30pm; overtime as needed. PAY: $24.25 per hour JOB SUMMARY: This role is part of our Purina Animal Nutrition business helping our network of local cooperatives, independent dealers and other large retailers serve producers, and animal owners throughout the United States. Through industry-leading R&D and committed partnerships, we innovate the nutrition products and practices that unlock the full potential of every animal for a healthier, more productive life. The Production Operator focuses on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production (i.e., machining, processing, assembly, or packaging) equipment including:

• Operating machine tool, chemical processing, assembly, or packaging equipment to manufacture products according to production specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards
• Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods
• Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products
• Maintaining accurate daily production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis and examines production materials for processing.
• Operates all equipment and processes.
• Monitors machine parameters and troubleshoots processing problems.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:Basic computer skills
