Job summary

DO & CO, based in Boston, is seeking a dynamic Warehouse Lead to manage receiving, loading, and local deliveries with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires forklift certification, a valid driver’s license, and at least 3 years in logistics/warehouse; strong computer skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a logistics/warehouse.
• Must have High school diploma or GED.
• Required Forklift Certified.
• Required Valid Driver's License.
• Proficient computer skills (Particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).

Responsibilities

• Manage, receive, and load all local purchasing deliveries and ensure items delivered match as per invoice and delivery order.
• Manage monthly inventories according to schedule and monitor stock levels to detect material shortages.
• Work with heavy workload and stand for prolonged periods; able to move, lift, carry, pull or push as needed.
• Drive a sit-down or stand-up forklift and operate an electric pallet jack.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with planning, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Complete assigned tasks within the given time to meet deadlines.
• Outstanding and transparent communication skills.
• Capable to work independently and in a team.
• Dedication and attention to detail with regards to customer service.
• Flexible to work different shifts—days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on approach with sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Manage, receive, and load all local purchasing deliveries and ensure items delivered match as per invoice and delivery order. Collect shipments, handle documentation, and organize shipments in the facility.
• Manage monthly inventories according to schedule and monitor stock levels in order to detect material reaching low stock and request cabin load of material and inform the concerned parties regarding changes, material shortages, excess and any deviations, etc.
• Ability to work with heavy workload and stand for a prolonged period with ability to move, lift, carry, pull or push as needed
• Ability to drive a sit-down or stand-up forklift and operate an electric pallet jack
• Work in a fast- paced environment with excellent planning, organizational, and coordination skills
• Complete assigned tasks within the given time to meet strict deadlines and substantial workload
• Outstanding and transparent communication skills
• Capable to work independently and in a team environment
• Dedication and attention to detail with regards to customer service
