Job summary

WaterSaver Faucet Co. in Chicago, IL is seeking a Receiver II to ensure accurate intake of parts and materials. You will verify shipments, count items, and coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor to maintain inventory flow.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 2–3 years of warehouse experience, familiarity with RF scanners, and a commitment to safety on a busy manufacturing floor. We offer a collaborative team environment, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical proficiency for inventory counting and verification.
• Foundational computer literacy to navigate systems or RF scanners.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: Check, weigh, and count a wide variety of incoming parts, materials, and supplies.
• Verification: Check against purchase orders or packing lists for proper shipment, shortages, damage in transit, broken packages, and obvious defects.
• Material Handling: Move material to the proper department, stockroom or place in temporary storage.
• Inspection Support: Open cartons and select samples for inspection; deliver to the inspection area, and move to quarantine or stockroom.
• Equipment Operation: Operate walk-behind stacker and standup lift truck, hoists, and other equipment in unloading, moving, or storing materials.
• Safety Adherence: Comply strictly with all company safety policies, including PPE.
