Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America in St. Louis, MO is seeking a general production worker to pump incoming raw milk into storage tanks and document volumes for inventory with an emphasis on product quality.

You will perform CIP on tankers, collect samples for testing, weigh tankers, and record weight and temperature while ensuring strict adherence to GMP and sanitation standards. English literacy is required.

• Follow all DFA GMP and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements

Perform all duties related to the pumping of incoming raw milk or cream from the tanker trucks into the proper storage tanks. Document and record volume into inventory with a heavy emphasis on quality of product being received.

• Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Production or general work experience preferred
