Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic Receiver at Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC. This full-time position supports on-site operations and inventory control while upholding AVI's commitment to quality and service.

As a member of the team, you will unload deliveries, store items properly, assist with ordering, and keep work areas clean and organized. A valid driver's license and the ability to lift 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading delivered supplies and check quality.
• Properly store delivered items.
• Help team locate and grab ingredients and supplies.
• Keep kitchen and storage areas clean, neat and well stocked.
• Assist with utility tasks on sales floor and kitchen.
• Assist Production Manager with ordering and inventory.
• Transport product and people within the site.

This is a full-time position at Wofford College, in Spartanburg, SC.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading delivered supplies/items, checking the quality of goods and ensuring the expected items and their amounts are received
• Properly store delivered items/supplies away
• Help other team members locate and grab ingredients/supplies as necessary
• Ensure that all kitchen/storage areas are kept clean, neat and well stocked
• Assist with utility tasks on sales floor and kitchen
• Assist the Production Manager with ordering and inventory
• Transport product and people to locations within the site
