Job summary

Erickson Senior Living's Cedar Crest Village in Pompton Plains, NJ, is seeking a Receiver/Stock Utility Worker to manage stock receiving and inventory to support food service and dining room operations. You will verify merchandise, stock inventory, maintain storage areas, and ensure proper production and portioning to prevent shortages.

The role involves lifting up to 50 pounds and some weekends/holidays to meet demand.

Location: Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living Join our team as a Receiver/Stock Utility Worker. Compensation: $17.50-$19/hour

How You Will Make An Impact

• Assists in developing and maintaining the inventory management system.
• Verifies that all merchandise is received as ordered.
• Stocks inventory according to a defined and logical system.
• Ensures the organization and sanitation of storage areas and loading docks.
• Maintains proper production and portioning of food items to prevent shortages and outages of both food and non-food items.

What You Will Need

• Ability to organize and plan for controlling multiple deliveries in a relatively short period of time.
• Must be able to work some weekends and holidays.
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
