Union Square Hospitality Group is seeking a Receiver to manage daily receiving operations, ensure quality control, and organize commissary storage in line with DOH and HACCP standards. You will also maintain logs for receiving and waste while supporting a morning shift.
Candidates should have 1+ years in receiving, strong computer skills, and the NYC Food Handler's Certificate. English reading is required, Spanish is a plus. The role is full-time, on-site in New York.
The Receiver is responsible for the daily receiving operations which include the receiving of all deliveries, quality control, and commissary storage organization within the guidelines of DOH and HACCP standards set for receiving and food storage. Other responsibilities include maintaining all receiving and waste logs.
