Job summary

Constellation in Long Island City, NY seeks a Commissary Expeditor to coordinate and account for outgoing deliveries of inventory and goods. This full-time role runs Sunday through Thursday, 8am–4pm, with overtime as needed.

You will track outgoing food packouts to NYC and CT locations, and support the dining and events team with accurate, timely logistics. NYS Food Handler’s certificate required; Servsafe and inventory experience are pluses.

Qualifications

• A valid New York State Food Handler’s Certificate is required or must be obtained before start date.
• Servsafe Certificate preferred or required.
• Inventory experience beneficial and encouraged.

Responsibilities

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add a skilledCommissary Expeditor to join our Dining & Events team in Long Island City, NY . As a Commissary Expeditor , you will coordinate and properly account for outgoing deliveries of inventory and goods.

***This is a Full time , Sunday - Thursday Schedule. 8am-4pm with Overtime as needed.***

What you'll be doing:

Properly track outgoing food "packouts" to our Dining locations Across NYC and CT

• Performs other related duties as assigned by management

What we're looking for:

A valid New York State Food Handler’s Certificate is required. If you do not currently have one, it must be obtained prior to your employment start date.

• Detail oriented
• Have excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to lift 50 lbs or more

Strong Administrative Skills

Nice-to-haves:

At least one year of Commissary experience preferred
