Job summary

UnityPoint Health in Dubuque, IA is seeking a full-time Receiver to join our inter-disciplinary Supply Chain team. The role covers receiving tasks in the Lawson ERP, plus driving and delivering equipment to on-campus and regional clinics as needed.

You will unload shipments, verify contents, document receipts, and help ensure accurate inventory. A valid driver license and 1 year of distribution experience are required, along with DOT hazmat training within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of Supply Chain distribution experience.
• Must have a valid driver license.
• DOT Hazmat General Awareness, Security Awareness, and Function-Specific Training within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Unload shipments efficiently using pallet jack, hand truck, or flatbed.
• Inspect packages for damages.
• Verify product shipment to packing slip.
• Document receipt of product in Lawson ERP system.
• Identify and communicate with Central Procurement discrepancies in shipments.
• File packing slips and receiving records.
• Deliver packages to correct location per Purchase Order.
• Process vendor returns in the ERP system and for the outbound freight carrier.
• May deliver supplies/equipment to off-campus facilities/clinics within the region.

Overview

Shift: Full-time; Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, for 80 hours per pay period.

As a member of an inter-disciplinary Supply Chain team, a Receiver performs receiving tasks within the ERP system and may also be responsible for driving and delivering equipment to on-campus departments, off-campus facilities, and clinics as appropriate within assigned region.
