Job summary

Omni Austin Hotel Downtown is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Associate to clean guest rooms to brand standards in a fast-paced downtown setting.

You will restock amenities, report room status, and maintain equipment and cart organization while engaging guests with courtesy and warmth.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and customer service mindset.
• Willingness to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Previous cleaning experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms thoroughly: make beds, clean bathrooms, vacuum and dust.
• Replenish and replace used items in rooms.
• Communicate room status once cleaning is complete.
• Clear trays and tables from room service.
• Store housekeeping cart and keep it clean and organized.
• Check equipment before and after use for proper working condition.
• Interact with guests in a timely and friendly manner.
