Job summary

Reliable Transmission Service is seeking a Production Technician Level B at our Greenwood, IN facility to support midline production on highway transmission products. The role emphasizes rebuilding legacy and 10K on highway units, dynometer testing, and proficient use of the Allison Extranet.

A strong emphasis on quality, safety, and dependable attendance is required. Responsibilities include following procedures, receiving daily assignments from a supervisor, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; preferred

• 75% knowledge of transmission operation and functions

Summary

The Production Technician Level B is a designated as a midline Production Technician position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

include the following:

• Follows all policies and procedures
• Demonstrate ability to exceed performance of production technician level C duties and responsibilities
• Rebuild all legacy and 10K on highway products
• Ability to fully dynometer test all legacy and 10K on highway products
• Use and excellent proficiency on Allison Extranet
• Repair all legacy and 10K on highway products
• Must have reflash account
• Recognize bad/defective parts
• Must have all necessary legacy and 10K rebuild tools (non- Allison specialty tools)
• Receive daily assignments from supervisor
• Organized record keeping or some filing may be required
• Other duties may be assigned
