Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Rebates Invoice Analyst to support the Rebate Finance department in administering pharmaceutical manufacturer discounts and pricing agreements. You will manage contract implementation, analyze utilization data, research variances, and handle invoicing and payment reconciliation.

This role collaborates with internal teams and manufacturers to ensure compliance and timely dispute resolution, helping to reduce drug spend for clients and contribute to affordable care.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of finance, healthcare or pharmacy experience.
• 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience, with an emphasis on Excel including V-lookup, functions, pivot tables etc.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day processes of implementing contracts.
• Analyze prescription utilization data and research variances.
• Send invoices and reconcile payments.
• Interact with pharmaceutical manufacturers to ensure contractual obligations are met.
