Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Rebates Invoice Analyst to support the Rebate Finance department, managing contracts, analyzing prescription utilization data, and handling invoicing and payment reconciliation. You will work with internal teams and manufacturers to ensure contracts are met and disputes resolved promptly, helping to reduce drug spend and make health care more affordable.

A Bachelor’s degree is expected, with at least 1 year in finance, healthcare, or pharmacy, and strong Excel skills

Qualifications

• 1+ years of finance, healthcare or pharmacy experience
• 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience, with an emphasis on Excel including V-lookup, functions, pivot tables

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day processes of implementing contracts, analyzing prescription utilization data, researching variances, sending invoices, and reconciling payments
• Interact with multiple internal teams and pharmaceutical manufacturers to ensure contractual obligations are met and disputes are resolved promptly
• Help drive value for clients by reducing their drug spend and supporting the goal of affordable, accessible health care
