You will read blueprints, cut/bend/position rebar, and tie assemblies, while erecting structures and collaborating with team members. OSHA 10/30 preferred; strong safety focus and fitness required. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of Rodbuster or similar heavy civil/industrial construction experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
• Proficient in cutting, bending, and tying rebar with standard tools.
• Strong safety orientation and ability to work in a team.
• Physical ability to lift heavy rebar and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, schematics, and drawings to determine rebar placement.
• Cut, bend, and position rebar using hand and power tools.
• Tie rebar using wire, ties, or tying tools to form cages and structures.
• Erect and dismantle rebar structures and scaffolding as needed.
• Move and load/unload rebar and materials; keep a clean, safe work area.
• Inspect rebar for proper placement, spacing, and connections; report hazards.
• Operate rebar equipment safely, including benders, cutters, and hoists.
