Job summary

Primoris Energy Services is hiring a Rodbuster in Sherman, TX to place and tie rebar according to blueprints for energy infrastructure projects. The role involves physically demanding outdoor construction and requires reading blueprints, bending and tying rebar, and working safely with team members.

Minimum 1–3 years’ experience, high school diploma, and ability to read construction drawings. OSHA 10/30 certification preferred. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and drawings to determine rebar placement.
• Must be able to lift, bend, tie and position rebar and work in outdoor construction environments.
• Commitment to safety practices and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints to determine rebar requirements.
• Cut, bend and position rebar using hand and power tools.
• Tie rebar to create cages and structures with wires or ties.
• Erect and dismantle rebar structures and scaffolding as needed.
• Assist with movement and loading of rebar and materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe worksite following safety policies.
