Job summary

Our client, a leading organization in the construction and manufacturing industry, is seeking a Rebar Fabricator I to join their team. The role focuses on reading drawings, cutting and bending rebar, and supporting the fabrications process in a safety-conscious environment.

No prior experience is required as training will be provided, with a 5am-3pm shift and opportunities for growth within production.

Qualifications

• Interpret drawings and blueprints accurately.
• Basic understanding of rebar fabrication and handling procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety policies and procedures.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Examine specifications of customer orders using drawings or blueprints to determine finished item characteristics and machine setup requirements.
• Pull, cut, bend, and weld rebar assemblies to sizes specified in engineering prints to support production schedules.
• Bend and create pull-pins for the cover casting department.
• Stage rebar material handling skid and storage rack to support production activities.
• Assist rebar benders in placing, lifting, and positioning metal bars for bending operations, and reposition work-pieces for initial and subsequent bends.

Pay Range: $18

Shift: 5am-3pm
