Position: Rebar Associate

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Rebar Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. The Rebar Associate will be responsible for assisting in the fabrication, assembly, and installation of rebar structures for various construction projects.

Schedule 6 AM M-F, some weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and dimensions of rebar structures
• Fabricate and assemble rebar cages and structures according to project requirements
• Cut, bend, and tie rebar using various tools and equipment
• Assist in the installation of rebar structures on construction sites, ensuring accuracy and quality of work
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe work environment
• Maintain tools and equipment, reporting any malfunctions or damages to the supervisor
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in rebar fabrication and installation
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Familiarity with rebar bending and cutting equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
