• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment per company standards.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the fabrication area with appropriate equipment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and deadlines.
• Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and operational guidelines.
• Assist with inventory organization and material staging as needed.
• Perform additional warehouse or production-related duties as assigned.

Position Overview

We’re hiring a Rebar Fabricator to join our team in Barberton, OH. In this role, you’ll cut, bend, and fabricate reinforcing steel used in commercial and industrial construction projects. Your work plays a critical role in ensuring our customers receive accurate, high-quality fabricated rebar products that meet project specifications and timelines.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy and craftsmanship, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Read and interpret bar lists, work orders, and bar tags to accurately fabricate reinforcing steel.

Operate manual and automated fabrication equipment to cut and bend rebar according to specifications.

Inspect fabricated materials to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with customer requirements.

Troubleshoot and perform basic adjustments to fabrication equipment as needed.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company safety standards.

Load, unload, and move materials throughout the fabrication area using appropriate equipment.

Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and customer deadlines.

Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and operational guidelines.

Assist with inventory organization and material staging as needed.

Perform additional warehouse or production-related duties as assigned.

You May Be a Good Fit If You Have:

• Previous manufacturing, fabrication, warehouse, or construction experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret measurements, production lists, and fabrication instructions
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and reliability in a production environment
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
• Forklift experience preferred but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and more with assistance
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a warehouse/fabrication environment with varying temperatures
