Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate refuse collection trucks on pre-assigned routes, collecting and dumping garbage, yard waste, or recyclables.
• Provide courteous and efficient customer service, ensuring proper pickup and transfer of refuse and recyclables.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, including safety checks and truck cleaning.
• Assist in manual cleanup duties and operate hydraulic systems for large trash bins.
• Maintain accurate reports and ensure compliance with DOT and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL with a clean driving record.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Ability to understand and follow safety and operational procedures.
• Good physical condition to handle manual tasks and operate heavy equipment.
• Proficiency in English for communication and documentation.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds multiple times daily.
