Job summary

Interstate Waste Services, Inc. is hiring rear loader truck drivers in the United States. The role requires a valid CDL, strong safety performance, and the ability to operate front, side, or rear-loading trucks for waste and recyclables. Expect early starts, year-round work, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Employees may be assigned routes within our service areas and must meet physical requirements and DOT/OSHA regulations. Weekend or holiday work may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL for US operations
• Airbrake endorsement
• 1 year CDL driving experience in last 7 years
• Excellent safety record and clean MVR
• Experience with waste/Refuse operations preferred

Responsibilities

• Safely operate front, side, or rear-loading trucks.
• Transport waste or recyclables to disposal/transfer facilities.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Comply with DOT, OSHA, and local regulations; communicate with the public as needed
