Job summary

Walmart Realty is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join our Realty Execution team across the United States. You will own the delivery of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects, ensuring on-time completion within budget and meeting quality standards.

You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track while traveling to project sites across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Deliver store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members and escalate issues with store leadership.
• Travel across the US to project sites and partner with stakeholders to keep projects on track.
