Walmart is seeking a Project Manager to lead Realty execution projects, ensuring the completion of scope, organizing timelines, and facilitating stakeholder engagement. The position involves monitoring project budgets and managing vendor relationships while fostering a culture of integrity and continuous improvement. Owns and has accountability for Realty execution projects by ensuring scope of work is completed, organizing project timelines and deliverables, facilitating stakeholder meetings to analyze, plan, and implement project initiatives, and taking corrective actions as necessary to drive results. Communicates project plans and deliverables to key stakeholders, directs associates and vendors on processes and procedures, reviews new modular plans, and plans merchandise placement based on modular requirements. Advises on staffing needs to meet company and facility goals, ensures merchandise is in stock and displayed timely, equipment and fixtures are correctly installed, and merchandising and personnel guidelines are followed.
Leads project plan implementation by identifying requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, addressing obstacles, and ensuring milestones are met. Coordinates with facility management on phasing plans to minimize operational impact, verifies fixture procurement and deliveries, collaborates with cross-functional teams for feedback and design changes, and monitors construction issues and warranties.
Monitors sales and project budgets, evaluates economic and customer experience impacts, and manages vendor relationships for timely sourcing and installation of materials. Provides expertise to develop and improve action plans, supports efforts to meet customer and business needs, and builds commitment for strategic initiatives.
Supervises associates and third-party supervisors, reviews processes, and ensures project and facility goals are achieved. Develops relationships with key stakeholders, communicates goals, builds accountability, and addresses improvement opportunities. Promotes continuous learning and adapts to organizational changes.
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and recognition. Ensures compliance with policies and supports company values and ethics, fostering a culture of integrity and respect. Builds strong relationships, works collaboratively, and communicates effectively.
Acts with integrity, maintains high standards of ethics and compliance, and models Walmart values. Supports Walmart’s sustainability goals and promotes a culture of belonging and inclusion. Demonstrates engagement, develops others, and builds trust within the team and with partners.

The salary range for this position is $66,000 - $121,000 annually, with potential bonuses and additional compensation such as stock options.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area, OR 3 years of relevant experience. Must complete all required training and assessments. All associates hired from January 1, 2021, onward will need to sign an updated job description.
Experience leading cross-functional teams, a Master’s degree in Business, Project Management Professional certification, or similar credentials are preferred.
