Position Summary...
What you'll do...

As a Realty Project Coach, you'll join our Realty Execution team and take ownership of delivering store remodels, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet our quality standards. You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store associates to keep projects on track. Travel will be a part of this role.

Additional Role Details:
  • Shift: Primarily overnight shifts, 10-12 hours.
  • Travel: Up to 80% travel, 17-21 days at a time, supporting projects across states, with mileage reimbursed and paid overnight stays.
  • Salary: $60,000 - $121,000 annually, with performance bonuses and potential stock options.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, or data analysis, OR 3 years of relevant experience. Attendance at required trainings is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Business or related field.
  • 1 year leading cross-functional teams.
  • Project Management Professional Certification.
