Veterans United Home Loans is seeking a Realty Network Advisor to grow and strengthen our network of Real Estate Agents and ensure top-notch homebuyer experiences. You'll coach, mentor, and help agents level up their business while aligning with Realty Search Solutions Network standards.

You'll engage agents with performance trackers, stay updated on lending partner goals, and coordinate closely with loan officers and the home buying concierge team to keep closings on track.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building and client-service mindset.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
• Fast-paced, results-driven, and tech-savvy.
• Excellent communication, both writing and speaking.
• License not required initially; willing to get licensed.

Responsibilities

• Keep agents engaged using performance trackers and marketing tools to help agents crush their business goals.
• Coaching & supporting - Checking in on agent performance, spotting growth opportunities, and helping them level up.
• Building strong relationships - Partnering with agents in your assigned region to maximize success for everyone.
• Staying in the know - Keeping up with lending partner updates and department goals to drive more home-buying wins.
• Keeping deals on track - Acting as the go-to connection between agents, loan officers, and the home buying concierge team to ensure those monthly closings happen on time, every time.
• Pitching in wherever needed to help foster a supportive and collaborative team culture.
