Job summary

Century 21 Action Plus Realty in Freehold, New Jersey, is hiring Realtor and Salesperson to sell homes with one of the most recognized brands in the industry. You will receive leads from day one, earn competitive commissions, and join an award-winning training program that licenses, trains, and propels new agents toward productivity and profitability.

No experience is required; the onboarding training is complimentary, and you will be supported as you start building a real career in home sales.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; we train Real Estate Sales Associates from the ground up.
• Be 18 or older and able to obtain a New Jersey Real Estate License (we'll help you get there).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to complete complimentary onboarding training through Century 21 Action Plus Realty.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for buyers and sellers by phone, text, email, and community networking; schedule and run showings; present and negotiate purchase offers; guide clients through financing and inspections; and manage contracts from accepted offer through closing.
