You will prospect for home buyers and sellers through phone, text, email, and community networking. You will schedule and conduct showings, present and negotiate purchase offers, guide clients through financing and inspections, and manage contracts from accepted offer all the way to closing. Real Estate Sales Associates at our Cream Ridge office also participate in weekly team meetings, one‑on‑one coaching sessions, and ongoing continuing education.
