Qualifications

• Willing to obtain a Florida real estate license (we'll show you how).
• Willing to complete Coldwell Banker Paradise Realtor training - provided by us.

Responsibilities

• Nurture client leads by calling, texting, and emailing to move them through the home buying or selling process.
• Teach clients about steps in the real estate journey and explain options and timelines.
• Meet with clients regularly, manage their transactions from start to finish, and provide guidance throughout the process.
