Coldwell Banker Premier Properties in Crescent Beach, FL is hiring Real Estate Agents. We train you with no license required; 5 new agents joining Crescent Beach area with unlimited earning potential and flexible schedule.

You will follow up with client leads by phone, text, and email, guide buyers and sellers, and learn the technology needed to run your business. Start date today; 30-50 hours per week; compensation range $50k-$250k per year.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years or older.
• Be willing to get a Florida real estate license - we'll show you how.
• Be willing to complete Coldwell Banker Premier Properties Real Estate Agent training, which we provide.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with client leads by phone, text, and email.
• Guide clients through buying and/or selling a home and explain what to expect.
• Teach clients the important steps and be the trusted advisor throughout the process.
• Meet people regularly and take initiative to run your business from start to finish.
