Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States is seeking a seasoned Imaging Software Engineer to implement and deploy core real-time image processing software for infrared imaging systems.

You will work on Linux-based embedded hardware, become proficient with Nix/NixOS, and help scale processing pipelines using C++ and CUDA while collaborating across disciplines to field new technologies rapidly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional C++ software development experience.
• Experience with Linux-based, low-latency, high-throughput systems.
• Familiarity with graphics programming or image processing.
• Experience testing and debugging firmware on hardware.
• Experience with networking, security, and distributed systems.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Implement and deploy core real-time image processing software for infrared imaging systems.
• Work with embedded and SWAP-limited hardware to field new technologies.
• Develop real-time, high-bandwidth processing pipelines in C++ and CUDA.
• Define test and simulation environments with software- and hardware-in-the-loop.
• Support end-to-end system delivery from design to deployment and sustainment.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
