Job summary

SpaceX's Starlink team is seeking a Software Engineer, Beam Planning, to help optimize how beams are formed in our global satellite network. You will design real-time software and contribute across the full software lifecycle to improve user experience and system performance.

You will work on cross-disciplinary challenges, collaborate with engineers, and operate in a fast-paced environment with generous compensation, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering or 2+ years of software experience.
• Development experience in assembly, C, or C++.

Responsibilities

• Develop highly reliable, real-time software to form beams for best user experience.
• Participate in and lead architecture, design, and code reviews.
• Develop prototypes and experiments to prove design concepts.
• Build tools for development, deployment, data analysis and testing.
