Qualifications

• 5+ years of geospatial data processing and 3D modeling experience.
• Proficiency in photogrammetry and LiDAR data processing.
• Experience with AI for geospatial analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance 3D data processing workflows, including photogrammetry and point cloud generation.
• Process high-fidelity drone imagery and related datasets for large-scale applications.
• Create photorealistic 2D/3D reconstructions using Pix4D, Metashape, and RealityCapture.
• Ensure data interoperability for asset management, construction, inspection, and monitoring.
• Optimize cloud-based 3D workflows and automate processes.
• Apply Neural Radiance Fields (NeRFs) and other AI techniques to workflows.

Position Overview

Eye-bot is looking for a highly motivated Reality Modeling Specialist to process and visualize diverse datasets, including imagery, video, point clouds, and meshes. This role will contribute to custom analytics development, leveraging advanced 3D modeling and AI-driven technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Build on Eye-Bot’s existing expertise to enhance 3D data processing workflows, including photogrammetry, point cloud generation, and image optimization.
• Process high-fidelity drone imagery and other datasets for large-scale applications.
• Create photorealistic 2D/3D reconstructions using Pix4D, Agisoft Metashape, Bentley iTwin Capture Modeler, RealityCapture, etc.
• Ensure data interoperability for applications in asset management, construction, inspection, and environmental monitoring.
• Optimize and automate cloud-based 3D workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Integrate latest techniques such as Gaussian Splatting and Neural Radiance Fields (NeRFs).
• Utilize range AI tools to automate and optimize workflows
• Collaborate with project teams to define data requirements and enhance outputs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in geospatial data processing and 3D modeling.
• Strong proficiency in photogrammetry and LiDAR processing.
• Experience in data fusion of point clouds and meshes.
• Programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages for analytics.
• Ability to work in a dynamic startup environment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI for geospatial analytics.
• Familiarity with automated data processing workflows.
