Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in laser scanning, drone surveying, and point cloud processing.
• Strong ability to bridge field operations with technical modeling.
• FAA Part 107 license often required for drone operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategies for capturing existing conditions via drone surveys and LiDAR.
• Plan scanning coverage and define capture techniques.
• Perform quality assurance checks on point clouds and models.
• Coordinate with teams to align captured data with CAD/Revit models.
• Train technicians on new scanning technologies.
