Job summary

Structure Tone in New York, NY is seeking an entry‑level Reality Capture & MEP BIM Modeler to support laser scanning, point cloud processing, and Scan‑to‑BIM workflows. You will help develop Revit models for architectural, structural, and basic MEP systems under senior guidance, while ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.

You will gain hands‑on experience with ACC, Navisworks, and scanning hardware, participating in field verification and project coordination across active construction

Qualifications

• Requires degree in design/construction field and recent graduates welcome.
• Ability to interpret architectural/engineering drawings.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in BIM deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Assist with reality capture data collection and processing.
• Create Revit models from point clouds and laser scan data.
• Support MEP modeling and coordination.
• Contribute to QA/QC on BIM deliverables and field verification.
